Loo Chea Chin & Associates was established on 8 February 2000 in the old Klang Town right at the turn of the 21st millennium-century capitalizing on the economic environment and market support available at that time.

Our entity focuses on providing legal services to the community at large in and around the vicinity of North Klang Town to individual Clients, Companies, Property Agents, Developers, and Financial Institutions.

Our area of expertise includes conveyancing for all types of property transactions; transfers and tenancy agreements; preparation of various types of commercial contracts and/or partnership and general agreements; attending to Housing Loans for Real Estates; Joint Matrimonial Settlements; attestation and certification of all documents for official use including Statutory Declarations and Deed of Settlements.
